I don’t know how many people would use this train but $2B could buy over 133,700 Honda scooters with enough gas to drive that circuit every day for 10 YEARS!!!

It’s going to be “high speed”, right? That seems to be what makes it cool and efficient and governmenty, not just any old rail, HIGH SPEED Rail!!!1!1!!!!. So it will make the whole 20 miles in like 5 minutes as long as it never needs to stop, which it won’t since it will be empty. What a great idea!!

“a 20-mile train circuit on an island that’s 30 miles wide” — doesn’t sound like it’s coast-effective.
