That’s because the crime-o-sphere is a lot like the biosphere: most of it is ±6 feet of the Earth’s surface, especially in New Jersey.

Hovercraft are known to be very friendly for the environment; they cause less erosion and leave less of a “carbon footprint” than any other vehicle. Isn’t that wonderful? That is until you look at the Fuel Consumption per mile which sucks!

To be fair, per Doc Brown and Marty McFly we only have 2 more years until we’re due to have hoverboard skateboards. We need government to make them because we don’t build things.
