   I never could find the part in the Constitution that says that a “senator” knows better for me than I know for myself.

   Sadly, I have never seen a requirement that a Senator must have even average intelligence.

   Dohtimes, That’s really not fair. Obviously, any ashtray would have a better understanding of the Constitution than Joe or Dianne, so it’s an unfair playing field.
