Things a Man a Heartbeat from the Presidency Should Never Say
[High Praise! to Oppo]
Joe Biden’s gaffing it up again on guns.
There’s only one thing you can do that’s more grotesquely irresponsible than shooting your gun off a balcony, and in Joe’s mind, it’s good advice:
“Well, you know, my shotgun will do better for you than your AR-15, because you want to keep someone away from your house, just fire the shotgun through the door.”
Check out Joe’s Field & Stream interview for more horrifying unintentional comedy, including:
“No one’s arguing we should make machine guns legal.”
Psst… Joe… they ARE legal. Just heavily regulated and prohibitively expensive.

Reading through his comments, I would say I was dumbfounded — but it would be more accurate to say our government is.
Biden’s non sequiturs, disconnected phrases, and forced talking points dropped randomly into his so-called answers to simple questions reminded me of nothing so much as a game of Mad Libs. And then I realized it was.

Biden: “It is an individual right, but it is also clear constitutionally that the government can limit the type of weapon you can own.”
Wrong. If that were true, it would say it.
Idiot.

“So we put out a call, and in five days we had over 1,000 questions–the vast majority of them smart, thoughtful, and tough. ”
{sigh} If only the Republicans put out a call for candidates instead of questions and got the same response….

““What provisions to a universal background check system would prohibit that check from being used to create a universal firearms owners list—in fact, a registry?”
V.P. BIDEN: Because it’s that way now.”
In Connecticut, police departments can run any state resident by name and get a listing of every gun which they have legally registered to them.
By law, you must register any/all transfer of firearms with the State Police.

“We’ve also proposed a federal gun trafficking statute. We have proposed the ability for a background check to increase the field that would be disqualified, including people….. people who are fugitives who have not crossed state lines, but they are fugitives.”
O.K. So the fugitive from justice is going to even TRY getting a gun legally..Is that what this moron is saying?

“We’ve also proposed a federal gun trafficking statute”
-We’re just waiting for The Attorney General to fine-tune the wording.

I’m not going to lie: if anything happened to Obama and Biden became POTUS, I’d sit back with popcorn every single day and watch it all happen. Rome is burning anyhow so we might as well have fun with fireworks as it happens.

Second Amendment: “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state . . .”
Joe Biden: “It is not related to a well-established militia, a well-regulated militia.”
Dink.

How can one choose from the multitude of gaffs perpetrated by this buffoon. From soup to nuts he’s the squirrel voted least capable of coherent thought.

[blockquote]“No one’s arguing we should make machine guns legal.”

(as they age and are worn out and broken, no new ones can be made. As the owners die they can’t transfer them. So the artificially limited supply gets ever smaller, eventually leaving none. Slow motion ban.)
