Ain’t Rahm the Greatest?

A war museum in Chicago is banned from displaying unloaded guns, even if they have historical significance.

They should change that. An artfully-nibbled Pop-Tart just isn’t the same.

A few years ago, when Spielberg digitally removed a handgun from E.T., I joked that the logical end of such an act would be doing the same to all his movies. Result: Saving Private Ryan featuring grown men running around WWII Europe with pointed fingers making “Bang! Bang!” noises.

A war museum without weapons is equally absurd.

Chicago has officially reached a state of maximum pansification.

See also: Gentlemen, you can’t fight show weapons in here! This is a war room museum!”

They are trying to turn g_n into the new n_gger, the Word that Cannot be Said. Remember how prayer got kicked out of schools because of the notion that a child of a different religion might be made to feel pressured while the other kids prayed to a different God, or with different prayers, and then moments of silence were banned because the atheist kids might be made uncomfortable? If making someone uncomfortable about (having no) religion is a big fat violation of his or her First Amendment rights, then why is making gun ownership, gun existence, gun history, gun appreciation or gun defense anathema not a big fat violation of Second Amendment rights? I not only have the right to own a gun, I have the right to feel proud of myself for doing so. Shaming me into giving it up infringes on my rights, no? Oh, but then there is the whole “hate crime” thing – not a violation of First Amendment free speech rights, nope, not at all. “Die whitey die!” = social justice. “Die n_gger die!” = worse than Hitler. All based on how liberals feel about how justified a murderer’s feelings are. I don’t give a rat’s scabby ass about how a would-be killer feels about me. I’ll be just as dead no matter what his motivation was.

Well, as an accidentally devil-worshipping libertarian, I think that’s terrible but I don’t see why a war museum would need gums anyways. And what gums would have historical significance? Frankly, it seems a bit grotesque.

Wait, I think I might have misread something.
