Just Routine. Nothing to See Here

The National Security Agency has implanted software in nearly 100,000 computers around the world that allows them to conduct surveillance on those machines.

Which raises the question: if they found anything, would Eric Holder let them use it?

    Legally, no, if they have been surveilling US citizens on US soil. They aren’t allowed to do that.

    Of course, the legality of things has rarely stopped Holder.

    Awareness is not generally regarded as an attribute Eric Holder possesses, so what he doesn’t know could hurt all of us.

    It depends on how you define the two statement’s…”found anything” and, “Would Eric Holder let them use it?” Hint…it’s kind of like defining the word…”is.”
