California Governor Jerry Brown wants to take millions of dollars from the state’s cap-and-trade program to fund the state’s high-speed train project.

Still on the Titanic straightening deck chairs, I see.

    Instead of going with a high speed magnetic train project they should go with a low speed jet plane project. Twice as fast as a train! And you don’t have to worry about running into migrating herds of illegal aliens!
