  9. Harvey says:

I’ve probably sent about half a dozen so far today, myself.

I assume it’s not possible to overdose. Feel free to do multiples.

  10. Sharky says:

May the Jehovah Shalom grant peace and healing through the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son. Whatever the need, He is more than able to meet it.

    Thoughts & Prayers……

  18. Fred Key says:

God bless you, Anonymiss! You bring us all a lot of cookie-shaped sunshine here.

  19. hari says:

May Heavenly Father grant you the strength you need to make it through, a soft shoulder for comfort and the love and support of family and friends to bring you aid when you need it. In the sacred name of Jesus Christ, things will get better for you. It’s a promise.

  20. gsmtiger says:

Dear God, please help Anonymiss get better soon, so she can get back to baking cookies. And maybe judging Straight Lines. Amen.

  21. Conservatarian says:

Prayers & thoughts are with you.

  22. Burt says:

Anony, May a small portion of the joy and cheer that you have so selflessly bestowed upon us bounce back today to bring you comfort and strength. I have discussed this with my Lord, and I believe He agrees you have earned at least this. (by the way…He’s OK with you being so ‘Judgy’)

  23. EdthePastor says:

May God bless you and keep you. May he send you his Holy Spirit to comfort you. May the Shalom of God rest one you and all that is yours.

  24. CrabbyOldBat says:

Ooooh, offering prayers for others is something we RCs have got down cold. A Spiritual Bouquet is comin’ your way. How about a Novena, a Rosary, and some candles? Seriously, and sincerely, prayers are being offered. Be well, and if you can’t be well, be comforted.

  25. Bob in Feenicks says:

    Prayers sent.

  26. DamnCat says:

Jesus said “Blessed are the cookiemakers for they shall be called children of God.” Or something very similar.

Praying for the best for you.

  27. NO_MO_BAMA says:

    God, Grant me the Senility
to forget the people I never liked anyway,
the good fortune to run into the ones that I do,
and the eyesight to tell the difference.

  28. Glenn555 says:

My prayers too. (I HOPE i’M ON THE CORRECT LIST.)

  29. Jimmy says:

Is it too early to ask for an update? Or further details on what happened? Inquiring – and supportive – minds want to know.

  30. Les says:

Thoughts for you, prayers to the Lord.

  31. tinman says:

May the Blessing of Moses bring you comfort in troubled times.

“The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
┬áThe LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.”

  32. Steve H says:

    Prayers, certainly. (Let’s hope it isn’t a snow-covered driveway-related incident.)

    Please keep us informed.

  33. The Big Sis (who's 5'4") says:

Basil said his friend requested prayers, so I’m lifting a prayer for Anonymiss. Blessings…

  34. Doug says:

    Prayers up!

    Getting involved is good.
But with prayers – God gets involved!

  35. Mr. Right says:

    Prayers sent. Hope everything’s okay.

  36. Bad Science says:

I hope things shape up soon.

  37. Anonymiss says:

    I am overcome.

Yesterday went so much better because of you and your prayers.

I am so sorry that these days I am not around here as regularly as I’d like. I live with the hope that someday this struggle will be over.

In the meantime, I thank God for sweet people like you who ease my burdens with their kindness and concern.

Every time I read one of the comments you left, I felt just like this:

I don’t know how to thank you. :)

  38. Dohtimes says:

Anonymiss, I didn’t write mine down ’cause I’m not that good at doing that, but even though we know God hears our prayers it’s nice to know when the one we pray for hears them also. Take care of yourself, and take care of those you love first and foremost.

  39. Jimmy says:

Anonymiss – we’re all anonymous here, getting to know each other a little bit through sarcasm and political humor – but there’s only one Miss Anony that we care about. Win your struggle and have a wonderful life where you live your bliss. Take it from an “old guy,” it’s the only way to go.

  40. 4of7 says:

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
    Philippians 4:6-7

Sorry I didn’t comment sooner, but these verses have kept me going for some time now.
I hope they help Anonymiss as well.
