Elegant Design Makes Me Giddy

The annoying thing about grills is that they’re bulky, cumbersome, and impractical to transport.

That may be changing, once this gets out of the prototype stage:

The Grillo Portable Barbecue

It’s like they asked themselves “how would the government design a barbecue grill?” and then did the exact opposite.

    Now they just need to figure out a way to make a 20# bag of charcoal weigh just 5#.

    The thing looks like it slices and dices, as well.

    Perfect for BBQ dog. When the dog is done, serving portions are ready automatically!

    Once upon a time I owned a Thane “Q Grill.”

    Google it. I cooked many a steak from random locations on that little folding portable propane grill.

    Cleaning it was a daunting task at times though.
