    In submarines, it is important that the number of surfaces equals the number of dives. Also, water in the “people” tank is frowned upon.

    I must have got the wrong slide show. All I saw were a bunch of pictures of airplanes and unrelated military aphorisms. I don’t think any of those were ever secrets.
