Washington Redskins is an offensive name – and the team is on the defensive. The poor millionaire players.

They need to pick some fictitious, flying animal, like the Washington Seabats.

  2. Jimmy says:

See, then, The Seattle Seahawks could play the Washington Seabats in the Superbowl and eat them like they did The Denver Broncos. (That was a big meal; The Seabats would be horse’s ovaries.)

I kinda fall into the “Offended? Wouldn’t I Have to Care First?” category. If I didn’t I’d have to start pointing out things like the Apache helicopter and the blackhawk . I can probably point out a large bunch of people that are now offended to death about them. Since most states have at least a few if not more cities named for Indian people or tribes is this the new target for the libs/progres to tackle.

  4. Oppo says:

The Massasoit tribe is named after the sachem Massasoit! Gaaaa! They’re making a mockery of his name and insulting his legacy!

    Whom do I sue?
