    Hmm… teen aged angst written large vs. world changing epic fantasy?

    Martin? Good grief. I can think of a dozen better. If Tolkien, Rowling, and Lewis had written like Martin there would have been no one left to destroy the ring, defeat Voldemort, or become king of Narnia.
