Quality Is Relative

It’s being estimated that, of the 8 million people who signed up for Obamacare, 2 million will be questioned over data discrepancies.

Never thought I’d see a government program that makes me long for the efficiency and professionalism of the DMV.

    anybody remember how (a disputed) “8 million signed up” became the answer for “47 million uninsured”?
