Out of fear of the NSA spying, sales of old, manual typewriters are surging in Germany.

I bet Dan Rather’s making a killing on eBay.

    Reminds me of Live Free or Die by John Ringo; only there it’s aliens who read everything electronic on Earth because it seems open to them.

    maybe soon we’ll have to register typewriters…like in the Iron Curtain countries back in the day.
