Still sounds like more well-thought-out plan than Obama has for Syria.
Obama’s plan for Syria isn’t very original, it’s based on an earlier plan formulated and carried out by Japan against a place called Pearl Harbor. The Japanese plan called for no boots on the ground and surgical strikes against selected military targets. While the plan was initially successful it eventually turned out to be a failure in that it led to the nuking of two Japanese cities and the loss of a major global conflict.

Much like the formulation of Obama’s Syria plan.
Must be those darn re-designer drugs.
