Former Vice President Joe Biden wasn’t allowed to campaign for Democratic gubernatorial candidate J.B. Pritzker because he was “under doctor’s orders not to travel“.
Quite a relief for the Dems, since he’s always violating his orders not to gaffe.
I saw where they’re making a new Queen movie. Well, I don’t think they ever made one before, so I suppose instead of “a new Queen movie” it’s just “a Queen movie.” Okay then, they’re making a Queen movie. Because … reasons.
Anyway, I did own some of their albums way back when. I didn’t own the album that their only two Number One songs came from.
There was a story going around that a DJ in Atlanta, or a pair of DJs, were fired after talking about the then-current Atlanta Child Murders, and then playing that song. I don’t know if it was true, either them playing the song or being fired because of it.
The Greaseman, who was at WAPE in Jacksonville at the time, could’ve gotten away with it, but not some Atlanta DJs.
