To follow up, at Thai Chili 2Go, I ordered the Spicy basil (I pronounced it basil, not Basil or even Basil) and they laughed at me! Told me to stick with Pad Thai!
Hmm. When restaurant workers laugh at your choice … pay attention.
It was my pronunciation, I guess it’s not pronounced “basil”, I don’t think it’s Basil or even Basil.

I’m still angry the one Thai place in town that made the best Ke Mow chicken closed down. That was about 12 years ago.
It was a Thai fast food place in an old converted Dairy Queen built in the 70s.
Maybe Basil does. The one who’s name is pronounced Basil.
Maybe try the Rathbone broth soup.
