Monday’s SLotD variation: A limerick contest.
Must use one or more of the following subjects:

* Trump
* anyone in the press corpse.

Ran like a second Ron
Until every polemic —
Media, academic — even
Pandemic blame fell upon.
Hmm; I’m not real good at these. Would this scan better to you if the third line read, “Until in every polemic—?”
Why-a-no duck?
The liberals are mad at the cops
They’re presently looting their shops
It’s just an excuse
To let themselves loose
Before Joe Biden’s memory flops
If sleepy Joe Biden is best
Of all with a “D” on their vest
His chosen VP
We’ve still yet to see
Perhaps “she” is under duress
