A lot of people really like Bruce Springsteen. I kinda like Springsteen, but my reluctance may have come from how everyone thought he was the Second Coming, and I really was wary of that.
Yeah, he’s talented, and I did buy some of his stuff, but I just never became a disciple like some did. But, yeah, he has done some good stuff over the years.

Springsteen was pretty good before The River, when he sang about how NJ sucked.
After that, he started singing about how America sucked and he sank into too much hate and stupidity.
Amazing how he went from wistful adolescent angst to adult depression so readily.
Two sociologists were walking down the street when they came across a man badly beaten and unconscious laying in the street. They looked at each other and one said “That’s awful!” and the other agreed “Yes, whoever did this really needs our help!”
Time traveling cat! Or, cat that can see the future?
Unlike Clapton…Springsteen is not God.
Shouldn’t “The Boss” be forced to apologize and grovel (he does have a grovely voice) by those who link that term to slavery, Southern prisons, Dukes of Hazzard sheriffs, and capitalism? It’s, like, quadruple insulting!
Never did like Bruce. The man can write a song though.
Funny story, perhaps true, is that Springsteen initially mistook the audience bellowing “Bruuuuce!” for boos.
