Well, it’s been a busy week, and I wrote a bunch of Open Thread posts ahead of time.

Including this one.

Someone found out I’ll do this and asked why they couldn’t go ahead and post ahead of time, too.

I’m undecided on the new Doctor Who lead actor, Jodie Whittaker.

Why?

Nothing to do with her talent. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen her in anything. No, it’s with her casting.

I don’t mind a female Doctor. But, I despise stunt casting, which is what this feels like.

But, what’s wrong with casting women in a role just to cast women in a role? What could go wrong?
