I mentioned before how much I didn’t like music from the ’90s. One of the big groups from that time was something called “Red Hot Chili Peppers.” I just didn’t get it. Still don’t. I guess I’ve been old for a while now.
So, what’s on your mind? Got something you want to share? It’s Thursday Night Open Thread, and you pick the topic to discuss.
Who wants to start?

Greg Gutfeld hates them too. And so do I. They seem like truly nasty louts. And “Under The Bridge” was strictly amateur-night-in-Dixie.
They seem like nasty, crappy people who go out of their way to be PUBLICLY nasty and crappy, and the only song of theirs I’m familiar with is amateur-night-in-Dixie crap.

Too much of a good thing?
The Chili Peppers remind me of Kansas, they have one decent to good song an album. The rest of the album is pretty much crap.
I do think they have a few good songs.
As for them personally, I don’t care. If I paid attention to that I couldn’t listen to any music, watch any movies or sports or even read many books.
I have a low opinion of people and famous people generally live down to or below my expectations.
Whatever, they got parodied by Weird Al so they got that going for them.
I think it would be cool if Flea made a commercial for flea powder though.
