Heh… they already know what they’re doing wrong. As long as nobody sells them a technical cookbook that tells them how to do it right, we’re safe.
We can make warheads that survive reentry, the Russians can, the Chinese can etc. etc. So while it may take the NORKs a while to figure it out eventually they too will figure out how to solve all these details. It’s not a question of IF they succeed in developing viable warheads and missiles….just when.
