An Indonesian groom discovered his new wife is actually a man who tricked him into marrying in a wild scam for money.

The 26-year-old husband identified in local news reports only as AK wed his girlfriend of more than a year in April only to find out that his bride was really a groom less than two weeks after their wedding day, the South China Morning Post reported.

AK met his future wife, reportedly named as Adinda Kanza, through Instagram last year and the pair agreed to meet in person to pursue their relationship further, according to the outlet.

  1. “to find out that his bride was really a groom less than two weeks after their wedding day”

I mean, I guess the wedding night would count as less than two weeks. I really hope it didn’t take this poor fella almost two weeks to get into his new “brides” britches.

  2. I’ve never had a bad day anywhere close to that. The closest would be when I accidentally walked into a gay bar in Houston and when I realized the mistake I was thinking to myself: Houston, we have a problem.
