The new president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences said he is very supportive of being “involved in the concept of diversity“.
So… Bruce Willis is finally going to get an Oscar now? Or is the Academy still racist against bald white guys?

He is very supportive of being “involved in the concept of diversity.” In other words he’ll have no problem meeting his quota of Oscars allocated to minorities.
Diversity of skin color and gender. Just not diversity of thought.
“concept of diversity” is not the same thing as actual diversity.
Nor is it the same as good acting.
