Last two nights I have been out at bars with friends, mostly teachers, some conservative, most slightly liberals and one or two hard core liberals.
Both nights the topic of Obamacare came up and NO ONE…yes NO ONE defended it…even the hard core liberals jumped in.
One friend has a wife who does accounting for a hospital. She says anytime anyone comes to the hospital with govt health care (medicade or badgercare) the hospital loses money.
We are in a world of hurt people. This health care plan will end our countries way of operating and living as we know it.
The only people defending this are hard core liberals and very young people who have not learned anything about life yet.
The only people who even raised a question or two were a 23 and 25 year old girl. They just had no idea how bad it was because they are not that far removed from their super-liberal college experience.
Keep fighting conservatives, we need to save the country from Comrade Obama

I peruse blogs all over. Conservative blogs smart. Liberal blogs dumb. I have seen a post , in all seriousness, that Bushco set magnets in the World Trade Center to pull those jets into them, and said post gets over a hundred approving responses, we might assume liberals are stupid. Of course, they missed our plot to nuke the moon.
To answer your question, I am just not a fan of squishes. A true conservative cannot rip on mccain for being a squish, then defend his actions the next day. A true conservative would never vote for mccain, much less support him, regardless of the consequence.

A TRUE Conservative recognizes that helping the guy who’s at least mostly right beats the hell out of seeing what a raving socialist will do to this country. But, seriously, thanks for your commitment to Conservatism, Plentyobailouts. Your standing up against McCain helped bring us the single most actively destructive president this nation has ever seen. Awesome.

I understand the frustration with the GOP and McCain! We conservatives are very tired of having the GOP/RNC shove a RINO down our throat every 4 years as our only choice. Then all the national voices (Laura, Hannity etc.) tell us that we conservatives must vote for this person who is the next coming of Ronald Reagan or it will be the end of man…
I for one, am not going to vote for, support or send money to any future candidates that are not conservative. And…until the GOP/RNC get’s their act together they get none of my money!
