Link of the Day: The Newspaper Mandate

The Newspaper Mandate

Although Steven Den Beste normally verges on the psychic, I gotta say he’s way off on this one, because if the Obamacare insurance mandate survives SCOTUS, they’ve already said the next item they’ll require you to buy is broccoli.

  1. Am I the only one who sometimes reads SCOTUS as SCROTUM?

    Yes? No?

    Sorry. That’s not necessarily relevent.

Speaking of male body parts, did you see how Bill Maher said that Ann Romney might have worked hard as a mom, but she never had to get up early to do it so that’s not the same as having a job?

I might be a dumb stay-at-home-mom, but he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. I haven’t slept past the butt-crack of dawn since I had kids. Not even on Saturdays.

    More irrelevence! I apologize again!

  2. I grow broccoli and love the stuff. But the older I get the more it gives me gas around the “butt-crack of dawn.”
