I’ve got a dumber one. Guy tries to rob a bank (in the days before direct deposit). On Friday. Payday for the people who work across the street from the bank. At the FBI office. There were 27 armed agents in the bank when this moron steps in and yells “nobody move this is a stickup” while brandishing a gun. 27 FBI agents immediately drew and aimed at him. He surrendered immediately. No shots were fired.
Too bad everyone can’t keep 27 FBI agents around for just such an emergency.
