Different spelling? Hanson?
Lifting and handling the pallets of kickback cash?
Nah, he’s the director. That means he started out as a guy who lifted and handled things, but he sucked at it. So they promoted him to Supervisor to get him out of the way of the useful guys. But he sucked at that too, so they promoted him to General Foreman. At that point, it became a stroking contest, and apparently he WAS good at that and made it to director.
It’s a proven and reliable system that has worked well for years.
