It seems so silly to me. The left would be wise to adopt this policy. Instead they only like unprotected sex, which results in increasingly-antiobiotic-resistant bacteria and retrovirals that cost ten grand a year. You don’t kill enough people that way.
Well, maybe they’re counting on the Ememies of the Revolution Firing Squads to get the job done for them.
