Apparently the scallywags at the NSA have been spying more than they’re legally allowed to. Then again, there are right-wing extremists on the rise; no time to be checking the law every minute.
Is phone spying really needed anymore, though? Who uses phones to communicate? It’s all Twitter and Facebook and MySpace. If the government suddenly mandated we all needed to report what we’re doing throughout the day so they can keep tabs on us, there is a pretty large segment of the population that would mean no absolutely no change to. Perhaps privacy is just one of those pre-internet concepts.

About 10 years ago somebody (Larry Ellison? Scott MacNealy?) said “The era of personal privacy is done. Get over it.” So I did. I pity the poor spy who is assigned to monitor my activities, for I am the King of Boredom! Yawn before me, plebe!
I have decided that since privacy is gone I will strive to remain unembarrassed when my activities are finally made public. I will be crying on the inside, though. As should most all you people. Yes, I mean you!

Notice how that pos holder never said the NSA will not cease spying on real Americans, just terrorists. Oops, manmade disasterists. Don’t want to be seen as a right wing extremist.
I read that it is illegal for anyone to use a camera or spy equipment unless they have a court order. I havent found out anything about phone useage.
If a person is not a terrorist, then what gives anyone the right to spy if there is NO probable cause? I think people need to fight illegal interigation
Saudi Arabia has put Spy Cams in,at Internet Cafes, maybe they got the idea from U.S.Gov’t.
