I posted that picture mostly for my own benefit, since I keep mixing these two up in my head. I know ONE of them has an unambiguous position on the issue of putting prisoners to death, but I keep forgetting which.
And one of them openly admits being attracted to women. Again, I forget which.
But I think they both have the same stance on forcing certain classes of citizens to make sacrifices for “the greater good of society as a whole”, as determined by society’s ruling class.
So it’s kind of confusing.
How do YOU tell them apart?

I’ve seen bloggers compare Kagan to Dick Morris, Martin Short, John Belushi and now the Kraken. In each case, she looked just like the one she was compared to. I’m beginning to think she is not human but rather some kind of alien chameleon with a poor fashion sense.

And speaking of qualified, when Boooosh nominated Harriet Miers there was an uproar on both sides about her lack of qualifications. What makes the Kraken, er, Heshe, I mean, Kagan any more qualified than Miers?
You’re forgetting the biggest difference: the Kraken is awesome.

One is a mindless monster bent on destroying all that is good and grinding freemen underfoot. It has no free will and can be called upon to do bad things by evil men. Good men do not believe that such an abomination can exist until it is too late. It smells of decaying fish.

I was going to suggest the one that most resembles stop-motion animation, but Kagan has far to often paused to listen to the administration.
