It Occurred to Me

“Baby Huey” (for those of you old enough to remember him [her? it?])

and

“Bluto” (from the Popeye universe [He deserves a universe?])

represent the two tendencies of the Democratic Party.

I was going to create a Straight Line out of this, but what humor can come from it? It’s simply true.

    They destroy everything they’re near.

    I would just like to put forth the proposition that watching Tucker Carlson is bad for your heart, blood pressure and desire to live in a state of denial.

  2. Baby Huey always angried up my blood as a pre-schooler. Whatever channel I was watching mixed in those cartoons with the King Features cartoons and maybe it was because I would have preferred to watch a Beetle Bailey or a Snuffy Smith cartoon. But then, BAM, with malice aforethought a Baby Huey cartoon was shoved in my face.
