How many people here visit the Huffington Post? If you watch the headlines they put up, the might as well rename the site “Bad Stuff ‘Bout the Bush Administration.” Strangely, right now the main headline is that 90% of people agree that anti-war protestors have a right to “voice concerns.”
They think that’s news?
Every once in a while, there’s a good post at HuffPo (rarely on the front page), but it’s really like finding a needle in a haystack (well, a pile of something else is probably a better analogy for the liberal tripe that’s their norm).
And what happened to Gutfeld? Did finally sack him for always making fun of everybody else at HuffPo?
UPDATE: Click on the bio in this post and get Gutfeld’s “Secret Blog.” (thanks to reader RW for pointing that out)

Of course they have a right to “voice concerns.” That’s what the military is fighting to protect. Am I first?
I just noticed something I had not noticed before about the girl in the sidebar holding the revolver. Something wonderful to see! She actually has her finger on the trigger guard instead of the trigger. It makes me so happy to see proper form.
The Huffington what?
As an Air Force member, I can say unequivocally, that I fully support anyone’s right to speak their mind and voice their concerns. Of course, I also support everybody else’s rights to tell them to take a flying leap.
What really galls me…is the people who seem to think that if something said offends them, then it shouldn’t be said. Nobody has a right to not be offended…if fact, I’m offended that they are offended by something that was said.
On a side note, that 2nd Amendment thing is pretty cool too…gotta love the right to bare arms or arm bears or whatever 🙂
hehehehehe…arms bears….would make hunting more interesting, wouldn’t it?
Greg still has an archive page, just not a recent article…I would imagine if they were going to slice and dice him, he wouldn’t have an archive page anymore.
Hopefully he’ll be back soon.
P.S. I just have a direct link to his archive page.
If you hit his ‘Bio’ link, you’ll get to his double secret hidden blog, where he has posted today, and he mentions he will have a new article coming out today on his main page.

that’s not surprise in your voice is it Frank?
i had the privilige of experiencing Arriana’s shrill-bitchness during the CA recall election when Arnie slammed her.
nothing she would allow to be put up on her site would surprise me.
It was hard to find gutfeld’s stuff. While looking for it I had a fun idea.
On their contacts page there is a link for “Technical” problems. So I emailed that there appeared to be a technical problem. They must have a broken content filter because everything I saw was left-wing wacky and all the rational content was blocked.
When I read the title of this entry, I thought Frank was going to write about Harry Potter. :o)
Hey Frank,
First of all, your site is great. It’s a shame I can’t say the same about the “Huff-n-Puff Post”. Yesterday, I had some comments for them that I posted TWICE, and I was ignored TWICE. I tried posting my comments again today, and guess what? You got it, they ignored me a THIRD time. I figured I would give it one more shot — after all, maybe they are a bit preoccupied with smoking their hippy lettuce and singing Kum-Bay-Ya. So, I tried posting my comments to Cindy’s most recent anti-American rant, and was ignored a FOURTH time. Although I really wanted to, I didn’t use any offensive or obscene language, but the liberals who are always crying about freedom of speech must have decided it doesn’t apply to speech that dares to disagree with them. By reading some comments from the few other intelligent people who took the time to post to that drivel laden site, it appears that I’m not the only one being censored. We ought to start a new post where we can list all of the comments that we submitted to the fearless liberal Cindy that she doesn’t have the guts to show. If a mere post to a website is so scary, what would they do if I actually went there and chanted “Liar, liar, pants on fire”? Wet their pants? What if I chanted it TWO times, and what if I told them that they shouldn’t make those nasty faces that they make when they criticize the President, because if you make nasty faces your face might stay that way forever? Anyway, here are the comments that seem to frighten them so much………
“Well, I tried posting this on your “coming back to Crawford post” but you ignored it three times. Maybe now you will have the guts to actually post it. In your most recent post you claim you can “take the right wing attacks on you”. Oh Really? Then why are you censoring comments? Judging by the other comments I’ve seen on this site, I’m not the only one annoyed by your hypocrisy. Here are my comments–.AGAIN…………
Alright, this is my third post so I guess you will ignore it just like the other two. You seem to believe in freedom of speech when it comes to defaming our President, but if someone happens to disagree with you, freedom of speech goes out the window and censorship marches in. Cindy, this charade is ridiculous. If the lamestream media wasn’t so biased against President Bush, nobody would even know about your little camping trip. It’s tragic what happened to your son, but you need to stop acting like he was a toddler that the big mean President Bush Monster yanked out of day care and sent to Iraq. He was an adult and he made an adult decision. As for the rest of your clan there in Crawford, they need to realize that the sixties are over and its time to go home and get jobs and be productive members of society. As was the case with my first two posts, these comments are not obscene or offensive, but you will probably choose to ignore them. What is disgraceful about your ignoring them is that if I were to post a comment about how evil the President is and how he is nothing but a liar and a murderer, and is killing our young men and women in the military solely for oil, you wouldn’t be able to get it onto this site fast enough. By the way, it is a shame that so many in the military have given their lives for it, but isn’t it nice that gas prices have gone down so much? You seem to think it’s ok to repeatedly slander the President, but if there is an opinion expressed that differs from your own, that opinion needs to be silenced. It is your right to protest the war, and I am not saying that you should stop expressing your opinion. A lot of soldiers fought and died so that you could have the right to freedom of speech. The fact that you think freedom of speech only applies to speech that agrees with your views is appalling.”
Cindy’s coutner-argument will likely be that freedom of speech doesn’t mean that someone else has to pay for and host your speech.
So when she babbles her mentally-ill rants in Crawford, it’s not her fault that the news networks point cameras at her. And she’s certainly welcome to say what she wants to say on the Huffington Post site which some rumors claim that she’s generously compensated for doing so. But when you try to reply on their site with their bandwidth, they can fall back on “We don’t have to pay for you to say this.”
It’s like spraypainting a message on your house or car or your body, but you’d better not do that to someone else’s house or car or body.
In the end, yes, she and her masters can censor comments. But it’s a chickens–t thing to do, and it just demonstrates that she’s not only mentally ill but not rational enough to argue against a well-versed opposition.
Cindy: A Parody
(with apologies to the “bubblegum” band that did the original…)
Why are the MSM all in Texas,
Why are they all in Crawford today?
Who is that woman standing there screaming?
Everyone knows it’s Cindy.
Wearing a boonie hat and Peace button,
Howling at that “bastard” named Bush,
Claiming she honors all of the fallen,
She’s at the edge, just give her a push–
Refrain
The favorite of Maureen Dowd—
This “mother” is screaming loud—-
You know she plays to the crowd—
Everyone knows it’s Cindy.
She gets a chartered jet to fly home on,
When she gets tired of the old ditch.
Most on the Right know it’s all a come-on,
And she’s just a crazy old b—h.
Casey died for what he believed in,
But she and old Joan will just stand and shout.
He signed on to serve his country;
He knew what it was all about.
Refrain
I wrote this after having an epiphany (or delirium) brought on by reading Arianna Huffington’s latest Sapphic ode to Screamin’ Sheehan. Its a bit sophomoric, I know, but…
Pomoze Bog.

Damn you–I had to read everything and was late for the gym.
Blame Bush!
I may be mistaken, but I think the HuffPo contributors are voluntary. You can’t be fired if you aint hired 🙂
