He has our prayers. I also hope they contact a good labor law attorney. I think there is probably something there around wrongful dismissal and sexual harrasement and at a minimum I’m guessing she could get her insurance reinstated while this is sorted out!
Done. The abuse of power is horrifying. Her boss is the stereotypical jackass boss. 🙁

I agree with ochagirl…her boss is a real jackass. (I’ve had to deal with sexual harassment myself…it sucks. I guess he’s hoping that by throwing out the accusation first, he won’t get called on it himself?)

Oklahoma is an at-will employment state, which means that you can be fired at any time for any reason as long as discrimination is involved. This isn’t a discrimination case, it’s just a jackass case.
