I saw the 76 version in a theater and thought Jessica Lang was the worst actress I’d ever seen. Sometime later I saw her in something else and was stunned by how great she was. Even an outstanding actress couldn’t help that awful script.
I’d watch either the 33 or 05 versions again anytime. But the 76 version is best forgotten.
Great, now imao is giving me homework. I know I’ve seen parts of these. But I don’t remember much, so now I have to go and rewatch them all. I guess I could try dropping by Basil not Basil’s house and see if I can watch them there.
