Haven’t heard from spacemonkey since the hurricane; I hope he and his family are doing all right in Mobile.
Keep praying for everyone caught in the hurricane, and do what you can to help.

Woe, be this the end of Spacemonkey?
Oh, like none of the rest of you were thinking the same thing?
I really hope he’s in one piece. Otherwise, people will be walking around going “Be this the head of spacemonkey? Be this the arm of spacemonkey? Be this the wallet of- um… I’d better hold this for safekeeping.”
You guys are sick. Funny, but sick.
I do hope that spacemonkey and his family are all right though. I think he once left a nice comment on my blog. Unless that was someone else, in which case I still hope he and his family are OK.
I’m prayin’ for everyone down there.
My father-in-law was smart enough to head for Houston with his woman, but might not have a home to come back to, as he lives in Gulfport.
My step-son’s father lives in Gulfport also, and is the kind of idiot that would try to ride it out at home. In fact, the moron called us the night before it hit from his house to tell us that he had lost his cellphone.
Not to mention friends who are stationed at Keesler AFB in Biloxi, which I’ve just heard that all of the onbase housing is un-liveable (sp?), with no idea where those Air Force personnel will live and/or be sent to.
Anyhoo, pray for everyone down there as this has been a really nasty storm.

I’m keeping Spacemonkey in my thoughts, also.
Chuck,
I also have friends stationed at Keesler. Got some pictures, it’s pretty much underwater at this point, but I heard that they evacuated everyone out to Tenn.

Do spacemonkeys float?
Hope he’s okay.

He’s probably fine, but with power being out for the next few weeks, it may be a while before anyone hears from him.
