I love junk food.
Well, not all junk food. Doritos, for instance, aren’t something I like. Except Cool Ranch Doritos. I like those. I have my ex-wife to thank for introducing me to those. I don’t remember why I ended up trying them. Probably the only junk food we had at the house, and I was hungry. Anyway, I tried them and like them.
But, junk food is junk food. I know all about what’s wrong with it, but I don’t care. I eat junk food anyway.
Grab your junk food — or healthy snacks; we don’t judge — and get ready for Monday Night Open Thread.
Who wants to start?

how do you feel about the Doritos tacos at taco bell?
Cheese Doritos with Kraft tarter sauce….. š
(OK, I’ll admit I could only get through a couple minutes of the video.)
I saw Fried Twinkies in the store’s frozen food section today. That was news to me.
I guess I’m just not a fan of flavored chips for the most part. Cheddar Sun Chips are too cheddary for me and every flavored flavor of Doritos I’ve tried has been too flavory too. I did like the garden veggie Sun Chips though.
When I was a kid, my grandma used to make “nuts & bolts”. It was delicious! I just looked around and found this, which seems close enough to what my grandma made. I think I might be inspired to make this sometime soon…

Wait… We don’t judge?
When did THAT rule change?
If you’ll remember the sequence it goes “we don’t judge” followed 30 seconds later with “can you believe that? What kind of person would do something like that?”
I never said that we don’t mock.
Touche…
I have one word…Cheez-It. Well, maybe it’s two words.
Red Skelton, one of the funniest men who have ever lived, was born July 17, 1913. Visit youtube today and check out videos of his performances to see what comedy used to be like.
Can you leave a link to one of your favorites?
Here’s one (and he was born July 8, 1913; I got mixed up about today’s date, probably because I’m so old):
There is no wrong day to watch Red Skeleton.
