Mueller has prepared Manafort and Podesta to be thrown under the bus to protect the involvement of Hillary and Barack in trying to undermine the election by using fabricated information from Russia to open a probe that would let them spy on a Presidential candidate. We won’t even get started on the Uranium1 deal which is a different travesty altogether.
