  1. Uh, yeah; a cousin of mine had an electric radio controlled Cessna. I kinda envied it; I had had a conventional .049 displacement internal combustion engine on my RC model. It was the engine that gave me most of my trouble. Not sure how or if that would scale up. Maybe I should watch the video. 🙂

  2. Now show us the energy density of nuclear fuel. The American Nuclear Society years ago would give away little black beads, smaller than a marble, and note that if that was uranium fuel it would be equivalent to a barrel of oil (42 gallons).

    Let’s see, NASA was (is?) using radioisotope thermal generators (RTGs) on missions to or past Mar’s orbit…how many kilowatt were (are) those?
