I just wonder why he died after only 50 hours. It says he slept during that time too. I’ve spent 50 hours at a computer (writing code mind you, not gaming and I consider programming more thought intensive than gaming) without any sleep and I survived.

He was just weak. I have pulled of 55 hours of game play and still have most of the function in my hands. My breaks totaled about 8 hours in that period.
Seriously… whoever thinks that 50 consecutive hours of gaming will kill you has obviously never seen a male college student during the weekend after finals.
