I’m reminded of an old joke. I first heard it applied to the Oakland Raiders, but it can apply to many other teams:
The Raiders will be installing a new field made of paper, because they don’t look good on natural grass and they don’t look good on artificial turf, but they always look good on paper.
I must be among the 2%. I can imagine Socialism but I can’t imagine it working. I think I am a realist. Maybe that’s part of the problem, those that imagine Socialism want power and those who know better don’t.
