Apparently, his term, “all Americans,” refers to every resident of the Western Hemisphere.
To comply with the Government Paper Work Elimination Act, there are exactly two opportunities, being a worthless deadbeat drain on society or working to pay for the worthless deadbeat drains on society.
Expanding opportunities as in expanding government hand outs and entitlements.
…not so much “expanding” as “redistributing” since government can’t actually create opportunities, but after 12 years in public schools people can barely tell the difference.
…the title of that address should be “I can’t believe it’s not Communism!”.

Communists are winning the big cities and blue states. And this worthless Republican Congress seems to be going that way, also.
Maybe Communism IS the future for this country. If that’s what the majority wants, “democracy” will give it to them. Along, of course, with a dead Constitution.
