  1. Well, considering that the actual cost of K-12 is on the order of $150,000/student, if you’re not obnoxiously stupid (unlikely) by the time you get there, most colleges are actually cheaper than that and will accommodate you nicely. You’ll graduate as one whiny, self-entitled, socialist-minded, politically-correct dweeb. Just remember, if you can’t get Mommy and Daddy to pay for it, get a student loan and go into “stupid debt.”

  2. I think there are a lot of words there that the average College student simply doesn’t understand. Actually, all of them, including “now”.

It all comes down to a simple question which they cannot answer. What “Climate” do you want to try and create and can you articulate exactly how, scientifically you expect to maintain it? These people are all about the process, ban this, stop doing that, pay more for this, subsidize that, without any realization that nothing they advocate, nothing they want done can achieve a goal they cannot articulate beyond slogans and aphorisms. Usually College would have shaken this nonsense out of them but sadly our institutions of higher learning have instead become the infectious source of this stupidity contagion that has infested our youth with unrealizable goals and the inability to recognize it for what it is.

  3. This past Monday, June 15, Wilmington missed the record high for the date by one degree Fahrenheit. The record high for the date was in 1880. That makes it seem like you could just draw a horizontal line on your chart for climate–no net change in 135 years. (Okay, two points make a straight line, but your graph better have more than two points if you want your paper published, but I got other stuff that has to get done.)
