Can I start a petition to A: Ban the use of the term “viral video” and B: Permanently ban all the stupid people this guy manages to find from voting or reproducing?
I self identify as a California condor, and thus would be exempt from any such tax. In addition, as a flightless condor, I think I should qualify for a handicapped parking sticker.
I can imagine a certain percentage of white men paying it out of guilt. But black men? No way.
