They need Capitalism so they’ll have something to whine and snivel about. After all they can’t very well w&s about the short comings and inadequacies of Socialism now can they? And the only time a Socialist or Liberal is ever really happy is when they are whining and sniveling about something…thus the need for Capitalism.
