Regardless of what parts he has or he has not cut off, he was born a he and will die a he and calling him anything other than he is misrepresenting who he is which is a he and I don’t care what he thinks he is, he is a he and he can never change that no matter how much money he “earns” claiming he is not a he.

The best way to counter anyone who claims a he who mutilates himself is somehow no longer a he, ask them what if someone has it cut off in an accident, are they now “female”? Better yet, if someone loses both arms and both legs, are they no longer human?
