I’ll take the depression…thus I’ll vote for Trump…if it ever actually comes down to that choice. I figure one of two things will happen and both are good for Hillary and (as far as I’m concerned) bad for the nation. 1. Somehow the Republicans steal the nomination from Trump and enough of his millions of supporters get mad and stay home on election day and Hillary wins. 2. Trump wins the Republican nomination and most of the Trump haters stay home on election day and Hillary wins. In either case, the nation loses and she wins, unless the Obama Justice Dept actually indicts her (I don’t count on that happening) and if it does happen you can bet the Democrats will find a replacement equally as odious as Hillary such as, for example, Elizabeth Warren. So any way you want to look at the coming election it don’t look good.
I’ll take discussions on Trump’s ability to govern over discussions on whether Clinton can execute the office of the President while doing a dime in Joliet.

I haven’t found anything that says a person under indictment can’t run for President. Does anyone really think Hillary supporters will care?
