Yet another global warming movie by Al Gore at the Sundance film festival was greeted by heavy snow.
Apparently Al’s now worried about Greenland losing its glacial cover and being invaded by Vikings again. Very preventable, if Al would just move there and lecture for a living.

We’re Not Mexico Yet
A senior Mexican official criticized Donald Trump’s intervention to stop jobs at a Carrier plant in Indiana from going to Mexico, saying that’s the sort of thing that happens in countries that Americans call “banana republics”.
Nah. If the US were a banana republic, Carrier would a front for a drug cartel and Trump would be secretly supplying them with guns.

Immediately after the election was decided, protests against Trump popped up in several cities. Protesting makes perfect sense if you think Hitler just came to power in your country. You must stop Hitler!
But the days went by and the protests fizzled out.
Huh?
If you REALLY believe Hitler just came to power in the United States, why would you stop protesting? What are you doing that is more important than stopping Hitler?????????
