Pretty good recap. Only quibble is that us Cheeseheads don’t pronounce it as “pesh-TEE-go”, we use “PESH-ti-go”. Wikipedia has a good article on the fire.
Thanks for that. Oh, and I certainly understand about the pronunciation. Many pronounce my name “Basil” when it’s actually “Basil.”

At summer camp when I was little we sang a song about The Chicago Fire and I didn’t know until much later what the subject of the song was. Maybe you’ve heard it too.
