Towering intellect and Grand Master of the English Language Joe Biden is so smart that he has taken to cryptograms to communicate, as he gets bored talking to citizens in words they can understand.

Biden took to the podium yesterday to yell:

“Y GZVZOC EZHF JATYEV YAA UTYEV. TOAN DPFO EPF EZHF CTFV TQE HT NTQ HZVSTRFG DPT’V UFFO VDZWWZOC OYMFH!”

After adding something in Klingon — presumably for fans of Star Trek — he then creepily whispered something else, but the press did not report what it was.
